There are no age or other limits, anyone can buy condoms from a grocery store, pharmacy, gas station or through webshops and vending machines.

You need to use a condom throughout the whole vaginal and anal intercourse and in oral sex. You also need to change to a new condom if you change sex act.

Carefully tear the condom package open with your fingers. Do not use teeth or scissors. Take the condom out. Be careful not to break the condom with nails or jewellery. Check which way the condom is rolled open.

Put your fingers to the tip of the condom, pull the foreskin back and roll the condom all the way over the erected penis.
Use water- or silicone-based lubricant with condom.

After sex, pull the penis out with the condom while still erect. When pulling out the penis, hold on to the base of the condom, so that it does not slip off.

Dispose of the used condom by throwing it away in the carbage. Do not flush it down the toilet. A condom is for one time use only.
